Our standard rate is £120 per night, with a minimum stay of two nights.

• All bookings require a refundable * 50% deposit to confirm and hold.
• Full payment is required no less than four weeks prior to arrival.
• The proprietor reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking.
• Occupation is from 4.30pm on the day of commencement and guests are requested to leave the premises by 10am on the day of departure.
• Bedlinen, towels and tea towels provided must not be removed from the premises.
• Accommodation, furniture, furnishings, utensils and equipment must be cared for and left clean and tidy. Missing, damaged or broken items must be paid for. Please report any breakages etc. without delay. Guests are asked to be responsible for the security of the property, fixtures and fittings, taking all reasonable care of the same.
• *Refundable deposit as long as cancellation is at least 1 month prior to reservation.
